Terms & Conditions

Allergens:

Allergen cross contact is possible. Our chocolate clusters and nonpareils may contain or are made on shared equipment that may come in contact with allergens such as dairy, gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, egg and other common allergens. You agree to notify consumers of your order and hold us harmless for any allergic reactions.

 

Production Timeline:

Please allow 5-7* business days for us to make your order. Once your order is ready, we will ship according to your chosen shipment preferences.  If you will be picking up your order, we will coordinate a pickup date/time via email directly with you.

*Please note that larger orders may require longer production times. Production may also be delayed during peak times. Need your order in a hurry? If you need an order rushed (shipped or picked up within 1-3 business days) and we have the capacity to do so, a 20% rush fee will be added.

 

Shipping Policy:
Orders will ship within 5-7* business days of your purchase date unless otherwise stated.

*Please note that larger orders may create longer processing times. Processing may also be delayed during peak times. Need your order as soon as possible but not a rush order? We recommend selecting the fastest shipping option during checkout.

 

Ice Packs:

The best way to protect your order in warmer weather or if you live in warmer states is to add on ice packs. If you choose not to, please note that Mother Clusters is not responsible for melted products. Please note--ice pack purchases are per lb.

 

Pickup:

You will receive an email within 24 hours with the address and to coordinate a pickup time. There will be a 30-minute grace period from the time of your pickup.  If you are past the 30 minutes, we cannot guarantee that we will be available to give you your order and may have to reschedule.  Please call/text 757-647-0301 if you will not be able to make your pickup time. 

 

Responsibility:

Once shipping or pickup has taken place, Mother Clusters will not be held liable for anything that happens to the product after it’s in the post office’s or clustermer’s possession.

 

Refund, Cancellation, and Adjustments Policy:

Orders are refundable, minus the processing fees of your order, up to 24 hours after you have submitted your order. If you cancel your order after 24 hours, we are unable to offer a refund. 

If you need to make an adjustment to your order within 24 hours, we are happy to accommodate the adjustment.  If the adjustment costs less than the original order placed, we will refund you the difference minus the processing fees of the difference.

Missing or Incorrect Items:
When you receive your order, please contact us right away if it is either incorrect or missing items. We will review your original order and may request photos as well. Ultimately, we will work with you directly to fix it.

 

Damaged Products:

While we do our best to package and ship your products so that they get delivered in the same condition that it was packaged in, we understand that sometimes packages get damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged to the point of being unable to eat it, please contact us right away and provide photos. We will work with you to make it right.

 

Return Policy:

Once the product(s) has been shipped and/or picked up, we cannot take returns. 
If there are any concerns about your order, please reach out to us and we will work to make it right!
